I am a strong believer in the philosophy "The simplest way to make the world 100x better is to do the interior work needed to make yourself 100x better".
While pursuing the limits of human potential at the level of the collective (education, technology, sustainability, community), I also devote a significant amount of my time to what can be called 'inner work', and I'm passionate about empowering others to do the same.
This manifests as practise and training in Mindfulness, Personal Development and Well-Being. These then translate to the practise of resilience, self-motivation and the practise of discipline.

Coaching in Well-being
Recently I have been training in the teaching of mindfulness meditation, combined with research and methods from the disciplines of Neuroscience and Neuropsychology to make a transmission of wisdom that is relevant to the 21st century.
I have given workshops, spoken at events and run training intensives in Mindfulness, Handling Stress, and Re-Wiring the Brain for Well-being.
Below is an excerpt from a guided meditation I recorded after leading a 225 Academy retreat in Mumbai, India to give you a taste of what I do!
